Um, I've introduced things on Viking art, because I read a book on Vikings, from the Eyewitness book series, earlier... also, there it said that there were many different styles of viking art, some more flow-y, some more baroque. They were influenced by other styles... at some points, the celts.
Alright, I looked it up, and I think if you like what I've posted mostly, then you could go into the Urnes style.

The other styles seem to be Jellinge and Ringerike.
Also, I think J.R.R Tolkien was very much inspired by Celtic tradition... he said something in a quote that makes me say this. Anyhow, his book, Lord of the Rings, and the movie... may seem really silly, but I think maybe you could look at the designs come up with in the movie, especially of the Elvish architecture...
Like the towers in Rivendell.
