I'm having a 'Tea Party' but I don't have a matching tea set, is that okay?
It will be very small/intimate. I invited less than 10 people, and these are all people I am close with, so it's not at ALL a formal tea party. The only problem is, I have 2 different sets of tea cups, so not all of them match. Is that okay? Or do the cups have to HAVE TO match?
I think it would look charming to have different patterns - so use what you have. Just set the table up nice and enjoy the social gathering>>that's what's most important anyway.
