A lot are recommending Lightning Bolt (1 red mana for 3 damage). I would as well. Consider also Swerve, which is two mana (1 blue, 1 red) to redirect your opponent's spells, and Cruel Ultimatum, which is 7 mana (2 red, 2 blue, 3 black) and does incredible stuff.
