1# Cutler Beckett (Pirates of the Caribbean) and Camerlengo McKenna (Carlo Ventresco in the book Angels and Demons)
2# Saruman (Lord of the Rings {extended edition})
3# (This one isn't a death scene but a near death scene) Bishop Aringarosa (Da Vinci Code)
4# Dancer in Noh (?) play (The Last Samurai)
5# Hitler (Der Untergang -- not actually seen but it is heard! and theres nombs going off so yeah)

Scarface, the end of course.
Leon (The Professional) When Stansfield gets it (Leon "This is from Matilda" BOOM)
Casino when Joe Pesci kills that guy with the pen.
The Departed when a few people die near the elevator.
Of Mice and Men (80's version) When Lenny gets shot. Sad part, but really it just helps to make the story so great.
