Painting on glass- best paint?
Im doing a project which i can only describe as reverse decoupage. Ive cut out some flowers ive painted and glued them to the inside of a clear glass vase with the design facing out. I will then paint the inside of the vase, giving the effect of decorated porcelain. I have seen several examples that look great, but what is the best paint to use. it cannot be transparent paint. as a extra question does anyone know the name of this technique? I ve been told its called delcanamania or something like that. any ideas?
