I have two dwarf gourami. One is a powder blue and the other a flame. They are the first fishies that I have ever owned and I love them!!! I have a six gallon tank which i know is small but them being dwarf gourami and not growing over 2 inches I was told they should be fine. I was also considering putting some (3) long finned serpae tetra. However i have to wait about a week since the gourami have only been in there about a week. They are really active and love the set up that i have for them. Along with the long finned serpae tetras i also want to put in either a plecostomus or a chinese alge eater even though I know they get BIG. I am open to other suggestions of what fish i am able to put in that are compatable with the gourami's! and would like to know more information about the plecostomus and alge eaters.
thats alot of fish for such a small tank but they normally will get along in a larger tank. you can try that but there is no guarantee it will work.
