I have an old dining room table I want to paint. Any ideas?
I don't have time to refinish it. It's not real wood; it's that fake material that looks like wood, but rubs off in time. Some of the chairs don't match quite right. How could I paint this table to make it look right in my dining room?
you have to use an oil primer on it and then sand it lightly and then pick the paint color you want. I would use oil paint on it because it is more durable but if you use an oil based primer you can use latex and then seal it with a latex primer. Think about using a stencil in the middle before you seal it to customize it
